- All of our Fabuluxe brand hats are handmade in beautiful Athens, Ga by famed artist Camille Morgan. Ms. Morgan has been fashioning these amazing creations since 1999. It became an obsession, as most creative things do with her, that she has built into an small empire.All of our hats are named after Cars, mostly from the Fifties. We find it's just more fun that way!
